This is a varied role that will involve customer service and administration. Summary:
Working closely with the Telesales Manager, deliver a consistent and managed reseller contact experience that drives key marketing messages, reseller education and ultimately achieves defined business results (continued recruitment and development of small business resellers).

This position has a focus on business development within an existing account base of registered resellers, as well as recruiting new resellers.
